Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all content generated using InstaDraw. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not use InstaDraw to generate, distribute, or promote:

Sexual & NSFW Content

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind
• Nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive images of any person — real or fictional
• Content depicting sexual acts, fetish imagery, or suggestive poses
• Attempts to bypass filters using prompts like "uncensored," "no filter," or "18+"

Child Safety

• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or depicts minors in a sexual or harmful manner
• Violations will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities

Any sexually explicit, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of minors — whether photorealistic or illustrated — constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and is strictly prohibited. This applies to AI-generated content regardless of whether a real child was involved.

Violence & Hate Speech

• Graphic violence, gore, or glorification of self-harm
• Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation
• Incitement to violence or terrorism

Deception & Privacy Violations

• Deepfakes or realistic images of real people without their explicit consent
• Forged documents, fake IDs, or content designed to defraud
• Doxxing or exposing personal information about private individuals

Illegal Activities

• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Instructions for creating weapons, drugs, or malware
• Infringement of intellectual property or copyrighted materials

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

Generating intimate, nude, or sexually suggestive images of any real person without their explicit consent is prohibited. This includes "undressing" tools, body-swap imagery, and any content that a reasonable person would consider a private sexual depiction.

Deepfakes of Real People

You may not generate realistic images that falsely depict any identifiable real person — including public figures, celebrities, or private individuals — in sexual, violent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful contexts. AI-generated deepfakes that violate a person's likeness rights are prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
• Forfeiture of any unused credits or subscriptions

This policy is effective as of 27 May 2026.
